Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, logistics, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience leading teams in a formal leadership role.
  • •5+ years of experience working directly in fulfillment, warehousing, and logistics.
  • •5+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
  • •5+ years of experience managing supplier contract execution, performance, and negotiations.
