Key Responsibilities

  • •Own all HR activities across assigned plant locations and functions, partnering with operations and commercial leadership to drive human capital initiatives.
  • •Lead performance management and calibration, development, and cascading performance goals.
  • •Partner with talent acquisition and functional leaders to secure top talent for open roles.
  • •Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, including disciplinary/grievance processes and arbitration/legal preparation.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a large team of HR Business Partners, including workforce planning, retention initiatives, and succession planning.

Key Requirements
