Partner with the Brand Flagship Store management team to deliver HR business partnership across employee relations, performance management, and case handling. Support line managers on absence topics (including maternity/paternity/parental leave and flexible working), manage in-store capability and investigation processes, and work with legal on complex HR issues. Help drive recruitment, succession planning, PDP setup, people engagement, recognition initiatives, mini-audits, and communication platform updates in the London district.
