Key Responsibilities

•Review, redline, and negotiate a variety of outbound (sell-side) commercial agreements, procurement agreements, partnership agreements, and bespoke business development deals
•Act as the primary legal contact for Sales to facilitate the entire deal process from A to Z through contract execution
•Create and maintain contract templates and playbooks for efficiency
•Implement and continue to iterate on the company’s AI legal ops strategy
•Monitor data privacy, AI, and IP regulations to provide actionable guidance

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6-10 years of legal experience, with at least 2 years negotiating B2B SaaS contracts at a global in-house data-centric SaaS organization with high deal velocity
•Licensed to practice law in the United States
•Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills
•Ability to manage the sales contract review process autonomously; GDPR transactional experience
•Experience in-house at a high-growth AI/data-centric products is a major plus
