Key Responsibilities

•Lead and grow AECOM’s building engineering practice in Boston, balancing technical excellence, team development, client service, and business performance.
•Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand local MEP capabilities and build an integrated, multidisciplinary engineering team.
•Drive major project pursuits, including stand-alone MEP/FP work and larger multi-discipline teams.
•Serve as technical leader and quality reviewer/design manager on complex projects, ensuring engineering standards are met.
•Coach, mentor, and develop engineers; manage forecasting, resource planning, and staff performance for the mechanical department and support electrical planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of mechanical engineering experience on multi-disciplinary projects.
•2+ years of HVAC or mechanical team leadership experience.

•Experience with aviation, transportation and/or federal sector projects.
