Foreperson

Lead a solar installation crew of 3–6, providing day-to-day leadership and technical expertise to complete residential and small commercial projects safely and on schedule. You’ll organize, train, and support your team, manage construction workflow and project documentation, maintain strong customer relations, and troubleshoot worker issues. When needed, you’ll perform service calls and may act as supervisor/manager in their absence.
