Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the execution of IBIE’s compliance risk assessment and compliance monitoring and testing programme.
  • •Identify and develop innovative uses of data, technology, and tools to enhance monitoring effectiveness and implement automation.
  • •Design queries and testing sheets to analyse large data sets and measure risk factors and controls.
  • •Organise and document information arising from the monitoring programme, identifying improvements and enhancements.
  • •Maintain the Compliance Policies and Procedures framework and support thematic reviews, regulatory impact monitoring, and ad-hoc projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and provide clear insights.
  • •Interest in leveraging technology to solve problems and improve efficiency.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor information for different audiences.
  • •1–2 years’ experience in compliance, audit, risk, or business analysis; proficiency in Excel; experience with data analytics or data visualisation tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
