Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to development and implementation of containment and recovery strategies, including advanced forensics and actions to mitigate malicious activity.
  • •Lead incident response activities: analyze incidents for containment, perform advanced forensics, and coordinate high-severity incident requirements with internal stakeholders.
  • •Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and remediate identified weaknesses to ensure continuous protection and system integrity.
  • •Review alerts and threat intelligence and perform threat hunting to identify threats and eliminate them.
  • •Develop incident playbooks and scripts to automate repetitive tasks; support business continuity/disaster recovery planning including disaster recovery tests and updates.

Key Requirements

  • •6–8 years of experience in cybersecurity with a strong focus on security operations, incident response, threat hunting, or related domains.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • •Advanced proficiency with security technologies including SIEM, intrusion detection/prevention, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and network security monitoring tools.
  • •Strong ability to analyze complex security event data to detect and respond to threats using patterns and anomalies.
  • •Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and MITRE ATT&CK; CISSP/CISM/GIAC preferred.
