Job Summary

Lead sales strategy and drive revenue targets for the Image Guided Therapy Devices zone in the East. Own business sales planning across the full portfolio (including services), monitor sales metrics, forecasting, pipeline growth, and regional profitability, and execute pricing and contracting initiatives. Manage and coach a regional team, build strong stakeholder and Key Opinion Leader relationships at major accounts, and ensure smooth deal execution through installation, post-installation support, and escalation management.

•Develop and use knowledge of market, accounts, competition, and industry trends to create and drive business sales strategy for the zone.
•Ensure strategy execution with stakeholders, align to evolving customer needs, and monitor/analyze sales metrics and results.
•Manage pipeline growth and forecast accuracy across product lines; drive funnel, forecast, regional profitability, and AOP performance.
•Coach and hold the sales team accountable for performance, including expectation-setting, customer support through delivery/installation and post training/conversion.
•Build and sustain cross-functional relationships for deal execution, manage escalations to resolve customer issues, and develop the regional team through hiring and succession planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 355,000 - 400,000 annually

Key Requirements

•11+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 9+ years with a Master’s degree.
•10+ years of medical solutions selling experience, including cardiovascular experience.
•At least 5 years of management responsibility, with a proven track record managing people and complex multi-disciplinary sales scenarios.
•Proven ability to navigate and develop complex deals, and to create and implement sales strategies to achieve measurable results.
•Residence in the eastern half of the United States and strong executive-level interpersonal skills.
