Key Responsibilities

•Vendor Management & Sourcing: Build and manage vendor relationships; negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms. Source hardware components and engineering services aligned with product needs. Collaborate with vendors on specifications, quality, and performance.
•Logistics & Operations: Own inbound logistics to Boston and outbound shipments across North America. Optimize freight, warehousing, and delivery for cost and reliability. Manage shipping, documentation, and coordination with logistics partners.
•Inventory & Shop Management: Oversee inventory, including spare parts and replenishment. Maintain organized, efficient shop and storage operations.
•Cost & BOM Management: Manage BOMs and drive cost-down initiatives. Partner with engineering on sourcing decisions that balance cost and performance.
•Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with engineering to understand drawings and technical requirements. Support product builds, deployments, and operational scaling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 140,000 annually

•Strong background in North American logistics and shipping operations.
•Experience with inventory management and BOMs.
