Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate transport of customer vehicles to and from auction sites and other areas.
  • •Contact customers to determine vehicle availability and condition, and schedule pick-up and delivery with customers and transporters.
  • •Monitor and report on customer and transporter performance, compile transportation data, and generate routine reports.
  • •Track shipment/delivery information and resolve issues (missing, damaged, or late vehicles) and escalate complex problems per escalation procedures.
  • •Coordinate with carriers and internal partners, identify/address systemic carrier performance issues, and provide advice/coaching to less experienced team members.
