Legal Counsel, Managing Associate

Provide legal support to affiliates under the guidance of the General Counsel, ensuring contractual and administrative matters comply with applicable laws and Maaden’s rules. Review and recommend on legally binding instruments, contracts, and purchase orders; advise on regulatory compliance across areas such as securities, labor, environmental, and competition laws; and support dispute resolution, litigation, and regulatory inquiries. Translate legal documentation between Arabic and English and assess impacts of new laws through Regulatory Impact Assessments.
