Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Proactively contribute to an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
  • •Assist across store departments, including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations: POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotions, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Collaborate with Store Management to improve personal sales KPIs and adhere to asset protection policies for shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Possess at least O Level or above.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency of other language(s) is an advantage.
  • •Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email) and ability to operate a retail Point of Sale system.
