Key Responsibilities

•Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store and service customers to achieve sales KPIs
•Process sales transactions accurately at the cash desk and operate the POS system
•Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise and maintain visual guidelines
•Maintain the physical condition of the store and communicate maintenance needs
•Adhere to all policies, procedures and safety requirements, including loss prevention and store security

Key Requirements

•Two years’ experience in a focused, customer service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear) with results driven track record
•Proven ability to exceed sales goals, (previous work in a commission based position preferable), demonstrated ability to provide high levels of customer service, ability to reason through complex issues, demonstrates effective communication, ability to present information to large groups
•Ability to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position
•Ability to accurately process sales transactions at the cash desk, operate the POS system, handle forms of tender with accuracy and respect, and ensure proper discounts where applicable
•Execution and processing of both incoming and outgoing merchandise and maintaining Visual guidelines and store presentation
