Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Employment Legal, ES Compliance, and regional Employee Success leaders to identify, assess, and prioritise ES compliance gaps, risks, and implementation needs.
  • •Direct complex, high-risk or cross-functional compliance implementation programmes from mobilisation through operational embedding, ensuring alignment with legal/compliance requirements and business outcomes.
  • •Lead process design and integrate compliance controls into end-to-end workflows; clarify roles, responsibilities, and ownership for processes and controls.
  • •Build compliance implementation capability within regional Employee Success teams through coaching, practical tools, playbooks, and hands-on support.
  • •Maintain global portfolio visibility and programme governance by consolidating initiative updates, tracking milestones/risks/dependencies, and preparing materials for governance forums.

Key Requirements

  • •At least five years of experience leading complex programmes, compliance implementations, ES operations transformation, or PMO/portfolio delivery in a large matrixed organisation.
  • •Strong programme/project management skills including scope definition, planning, milestones, dependencies, risk mitigation, governance, and senior-level reporting.
  • •Experience translating legal/regulatory/policy requirements into operational processes, controls, delivery plans, and sustainable change.
  • •Facilitation experience for end-to-end process design and solution workshops with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • •Fluency in English and strong communication skills to synthesise complex information into clear decisions and reporting.
