Digital Technician

Support the Photo Production team in RealReal’s Authentication Centers by troubleshooting technical issues throughout the studio. Help maintain studio and equipment in a safe, organized manner, respond to tech-related problems to minimize production downtime, and use data capture skills to analyze results and propose improvements that reduce future studio mistakes. The role is geared to self-motivated, metrics-driven problem solvers with strong communication and attention to detail.
