Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive acquisition of new accounts and expand current relationships through B2B sales of Forcepoint solutions.
  • •Collaborate with the Regional Director to execute account and opportunity plans aligned with corporate objectives.
  • •Coordinate sales resources (SE, Channel, Solutions Sales, and Executives) to implement effective account strategies.
  • •Use the CRM system to manage and close forecasted opportunities efficiently.
  • •Supervise approximately 15–20 key accounts and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8–10 years of enterprise sales experience, including securing large cybersecurity contracts (typically above USD 1M).
  • •Proven success in either the Korean or Japanese markets, with experience across both regions preferred.
  • •Native fluency in Korean or Japanese and proficient command of English.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity enterprise field sales, including Cloud Security, Network Security, Data Security, and Insider Threat solutions.
  • •Familiarity with IT Security Guidelines (G3), plus a track record using advanced sales methodologies and consultative discovery to grow accounts and partnerships.
