Job Summary

Own quality inspection and documentation for fabricated and machined components, drives, and structural assemblies. Review customer specifications, codes, and standards, and prepare/approve quality deliverables such as ITP/QAP/MQP, test procedures, inspection checklists, and welding plans. Conduct daily inspections with internal teams, suppliers, and departments, ensure supplier documentation and certificates meet requirements, and support FAT, dimensional inspection, and dossier compilation.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform inspections for fabrication, structural, machined components, and drives components.
•Review customer specifications, project requirements, codes, and standards.
•Deliver and manage quality documentation including ITP/QAP/MQP, test procedures, inspection checklists, and welding plans (WPS/weld plan).
•Execute daily inspections based on requests from internal teams, suppliers, and other departments.
•Review supplier quality documents and test certificates for adherence; coordinate FAT, dimensional inspections, and dossier compilation.

Key Requirements

•BE Mechanical with 5+ years of experience.
•Strong inspection expertise across fabrication, structural, machined components, and drives components.
•ISO 9001:2015/QMS knowledge; welding knowledge is an added advantage.
•Ability to read fabrication, GA, and assembly drawings and understand geometric dimensional tolerances.
•Familiarity with NDT methods (UT, RT, MT, PT) and experience with FAT/dimensional inspection and dossier compilation.
