Key Responsibilities

•Own and lead the global Defense & Intelligence security program portfolio, including prioritization, roadmap development, and execution oversight.
•Establish program governance with operating rhythms, metrics, and reporting for compliance, risk, cost, and milestone oversight.
•Drive organizational rigor for classified and sensitive programs through standardized processes, documentation, and audit readiness.
•Develop and deliver executive-level briefings, dashboards, talking points, and decision materials to senior leadership and governance bodies.
•Lead dual-pillar classified security governance, including classified operations and SCIF/SAPF and international equivalents across multiple countries, and partner with DCSA and government authorities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 247,775 - 320,650

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in industrial security, defense, or intelligence community security operations, including leadership in complex, multi-program environments.
•Active Top Secret/SCI clearance (CI polygraph preferred).
•Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
•Demonstrated experience leading and governing large-scale security programs or portfolios within a complex, global organization.
•Deep expertise in U.S. and international security frameworks, including NISPOM, ICDs, DFARS, and NATO/Five Eyes industrial security requirements.
