  • •Collaborate with the design-build team to develop and implement project plans and strategies.
  • •Oversee administrative functions including agreement adherence, contract performance monitoring, payment requisition review, and schedule/budget projections.
  • •Maintain comprehensive project records and documentation, including review of design-builder change orders and accurate financial reporting.
  • •Provide on-site leadership, conduct regular site visits/inspections, and promote a culture of safety across project sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field plus 10 years of experience in construction projects of various complexity, including 2 years in a leadership role.
  • •Experience in a Consultant (Owner’s Representative) role and/or Contractor (Project Manager or greater role).
  • •Experience interfacing with NYC agencies with jurisdiction.
  • •Track record leading large-scale high rise construction projects using traditional and design-build delivery methods.
  • •Proficiency in construction management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
