Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and maintain enterprise identity platforms (Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID), including secure access and identity lifecycle management.
  • •Own end-to-end patching and vulnerability management across Windows and Linux environments, coordinating with Security for SLA-based remediation.
  • •Manage backup and recovery solutions to meet business RPO/RTO objectives, monitoring backups and validating recovery through testing.
  • •Administer and optimize Windows Server and Linux environments, including capacity planning, performance tuning, and OS hardening against security baselines.
  • •Enforce security controls and compliance requirements, lead incident escalation (troubleshooting and RCA), and collaborate with Security, DevOps, and Application teams.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise systems administration.
  • •Advanced administration of Windows Server (2019–2022) and Linux distributions (RHEL, Oracle Linux, Ubuntu) in large-scale environments.
  • •Expertise in Active Directory (Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, identity federation) and directory services troubleshooting.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (identity protection, access governance, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, hybrid identity synchronization).
  • •Experience with backup/disaster recovery, patch/vulnerability management, and incident/root cause analysis for critical issues.
