Job Summary

Supervise maintenance operations for production equipment, facilities, utilities, ammonia refrigeration, offal operations, and wastewater systems. Lead maintenance teams, ensure training and a safe, OSHA/PSM-compliant environment, and work to minimize downtime through proactive monitoring and issue resolution. Manage the SAP CMMS for work orders and preventive maintenance, analyze maintenance KPIs to improve costs and performance, oversee purchasing and budgeting, and support capital projects and facility expansions.

•Lead and supervise maintenance operations for plant equipment, facilities, utilities, refrigeration, and wastewater systems.
•Plan and implement plant improvements, capital projects, and facility expansions.
•Ensure maintenance personnel training and maintain a safe work environment while complying with OSHA, PSM, and environmental/company safety programs.
•Monitor equipment and systems to minimize downtime by anticipating issues and resolving maintenance problems.
•Manage SAP CMMS (work orders, preventive maintenance, and parts inventory) and analyze maintenance KPIs to improve asset utilization, PM compliance, costs, and plant performance.

•Strong industrial maintenance knowledge in electrical systems, ammonia refrigeration systems, hydraulics, and/or mechanical maintenance.
•Demonstrated experience supervising maintenance personnel and managing maintenance operations.
