Key Requirements

  • •Ongoing undergraduate in MIS, Business Analytics, I/O Psychology, Human Resources, Data Science, Communication, or a related field.
  • •Interest in HR, people analytics, workforce technology, or the intersection of data and people (via coursework, projects, clubs, research, or internships).
  • •Data literacy—comfortable working with data and trends; Excel proficiency expected.
  • •Strong drive for results, intellectual curiosity, and learning agility.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams; can navigate ambiguity and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
