Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess strategic customers’ Service Cloud implementations and deliver technical architecture and solution design recommendations.
  • •Act as a Service Cloud SME, providing proactive and reactive guidance on architecture, technology strategy, and product best practices.
  • •Simplify complex technical concepts for technical teams and executive leadership, and lead discussions to align stakeholders.
  • •Identify design inefficiencies and capability gaps, recommending optimizations and proposing product enhancements or custom solutions.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams to resolve root causes, surface customer feedback, and drive long-term adoption and technical health.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in software, system, or enterprise architecture.
  • •Expertise in Salesforce products, platform capabilities, technical governance, and best practices.
  • •Experience designing architecture for large-scale, complex Salesforce implementations (SaaS/PaaS multi-tenancy and multi-tier infrastructure).
  • •Strong knowledge of enterprise application integration, including process orchestration, master data management, AI, analytics, and security best practices.
  • •Hands-on Salesforce development experience, including APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
