Small Works Co-Ordinator

Coordinate small refurbishment and maintenance projects for the UK defence housing portfolio. Plan work, monitor progress, raise purchase orders, process invoices, and maintain asset data in CAFM. Communicate with contractors, internal teams, and clients to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and compliant documentation. Hybrid, full-time role based in High Wycombe with occasional travel to Brize Norton.
