Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide enterprise customers through the full lifecycle of Databricks on Azure, from initial architectural design to production deployment.
  • •Architect secure, scalable enterprise Databricks deployments meeting Azure networking, identity, and security compliance requirements.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert across Azure infrastructure, IaC, cloud networking, and identity management.
  • •Support solutions architects in complex technical sales cycles by creating custom PoC architectures and technical content on Azure.
  • •Share knowledge to expand platform adoption through tutorials, hackathons, conference speaking, and contributions to the Databricks open-source community.

Salary: USD 180,000 - 247,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on technical experience with Microsoft Azure, including cloud security, networking best practices, and enterprise data platform design.
  • •2+ years of experience with distributed architectures and big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka.
  • •2+ years in a customer-facing technical role (pre-sales, post-sales, or consulting).
  • •Deep specialized expertise in at least one domain: security & identity (Entra ID/SCIM, OAuth, SAML, Federation), networking & deployments (VNet peering, ExpressRoute, Private Link), or platform administration (HA, DR, orchestration, observability, cost management).
  • •Hands-on infrastructure automation with IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) and strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala plus SQL.
