Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build high-performance, customer-facing features end-to-end using React and Node.js/TypeScript.
  • •Architect and optimize backend APIs for throughput, latency, and reliability at enterprise scale.
  • •Implement and manage caching strategies to reduce response times and database load across dashboards and API surfaces.
  • •Profile, diagnose, and resolve performance bottlenecks across the full stack, including database queries and network I/O.
  • •Collaborate across engineering, product management, and product design; mentor teammates and participate in on-call rotation.

  • •5+ years of experience building large-scale systems or services.
  • •Strong backend expertise using Node.js (TypeScript) to build services and APIs.
  • •Production experience building fullstack applications with React, including component architecture, state management, and rendering performance.
  • •Deep experience with PostgreSQL schema design, query optimization, indexing strategies, and migrations.
  • •Hands-on experience modeling data and building with MongoDB, including document modeling, aggregation pipelines, and scaling patterns.
