Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ASIS) strongly preferred.
  • •8+ years of progressive physical security management experience, focused on large-scale manufacturing/industrial or complex operational environments.
  • •Proven experience leading security teams, including direct supervision of security officers and/or contracted guard forces.
  • •Hands-on experience operating/monitoring CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
  • •Demonstrated incident response, investigation, and reporting in an operational context; ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required; must be a U.S. Person.
