Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with customers to translate pre-sales plans into actionable objectives.
•Know the GitLab platform and best practices to guide the customer.
•Understand the customer journey and guide adoption and future milestones.
•Act as the GitLab liaison for questions, issues or escalations with cross-functional teams.
•Own a book of assigned customers focusing on adoption, retention, growth and satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Understanding of Git and typical branching strategies.
•Knowledge of software development lifecycle and development pipeline.
•Understanding of continuous integration, continuous deployment, DevSecOps.
•Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
•Experience partnering with customers to define and achieve business outcomes.
