Job Summary

Oversee daily quality and laboratory operations in a dry-blend manufacturing environment. •Communicate quality issues to operations and leadership and assist in troubleshooting and corrective actions.
•Maintain accurate testing records and support LIMS/SAP data entry; manage product and raw material specifications.
•Support food safety and compliance activities including Quality SOPs, GMP/GLP, HACCP and GFSI programs, audits, inspections, and customer complaint investigations.

Key Requirements

•Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related fields.
•1–2 years of experience in quality, laboratory, or food safety roles; dry-ingredient blending and food manufacturing experience preferred.
•Experience with HACCP and GFSI standards (SQF, BRC, IFS, FS22000) plus SSOPs and quality management systems.
•Strong understanding of food safety regulations, including FSMA, and industry trends.
•Analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills with the ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
