Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Broadcom Account Director, Solution Architect, and Partner Account Director in qualifying solutions and their benefits to customers.
•Understand customer technology needs and architect solutions to meet them.
•Build relationships across customer IT silos to understand infrastructure challenges and impact of planned projects.
•Act as a trusted resource during idea/concept stages and support decision-making.
•Lead and/or participate in complex product integrations, demos, and proofs of concept.
•Maintain deep technical knowledge of Broadcom mainframe products and provide technical specifications/documentation as needed.
•Demonstrate technical leadership during trials, POCs, and demos, ensuring client requirements are met.
•Communicate Broadcom differentiators effectively and develop customer/referenceable relationships.
•Continuously improve the quality of customer interactions.

Travel: Medium travel
