Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Broadcom Account Director, Solution Architect, and Partner Account Director in qualifying solutions and their benefits to customers.
  • •Understand customer technology needs and architect solutions to meet them.
  • •Build relationships across customer IT silos to understand infrastructure challenges and impact of planned projects.
  • •Act as a trusted resource during idea/concept stages and support decision-making.
  • •Lead and/or participate in complex product integrations, demos, and proofs of concept.
  • •Maintain deep technical knowledge of Broadcom mainframe products and provide technical specifications/documentation as needed.
  • •Demonstrate technical leadership during trials, POCs, and demos, ensuring client requirements are met.
  • •Communicate Broadcom differentiators effectively and develop customer/referenceable relationships.
  • •Continuously improve the quality of customer interactions.
