Banking Center President (Full Time) - Bastrop

Direct and administer the operational efforts of the branch, ensuring policies and legal/regulatory requirements are followed while delivering a full range of services to customers. Oversee branch staff through scheduling, training, coaching, performance appraisals, and staffing decisions. Manage cash controls and expenses, coordinate with accounting and credit functions, and lead commercial lending activities including evaluating loan requests and supporting collections. Cross-sell bank services and maintain customer/business relationships.
