Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, characterize, and design software changes, defining requirements and producing BRDs, user stories, process maps, and data flows.
  • •Document business requirements using tools such as JIRA, RTC, and Confluence, including UML modeling for user story creation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience writing and maintaining a programming language such as VB or SQL.
