Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and supervise full certification of maintenance activities in line with scope of approval.
  • •Ensure compliance with relevant aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • •Manage and control the workshop staff roster, ensuring adequate staffing and acceptable overtime levels.
  • •Lead the workshop recovery team during AOG situations where workshop support is required.
  • •Ensure quality control process, documentation, and audit readiness are maintained; identify and address resource shortfalls for efficient workshop operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering Degree or demonstrated 9+ years of supervisory experience in a Component, Line and/or Base environment.
  • •Bachelor's Degree (3+ years) and 5–7 years with qualifications.
  • •Fluent in English.
  • •IT literate with good MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • •Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License B1.
