  • •Develop and implement named Account or Territory plans to maximize expansion and customer success across a wide product portfolio
  • •Serve as the main Atlassian point of contact/escalation point for designated strategic accounts

  • •Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions with customers, building and maintaining C-level relationships
