Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the design and development of roadway projects across the southern US, including junior, mid, and senior level roles.
  • •Contribute to Roadway CAD design and Roadway Modeling activities.
  • •Perform roadway design calculations such as Superelevation, Stopping Sight Distance (SSD), and Decision Sight Distance (DSD) and support design using 2018 AASHTO Green Book.
  • •Collaborate with project teams on Design/Build or Alternative Delivery projects and engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • •Apply Bentley OpenRoads and MicroStation tools to create and refine roadway design documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •BS Degree in Engineering or demonstrated equivalency of education/experience
  • •Roadway CAD Designers & Roadway Modelers: BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education/experience
  • •Junior Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
  • •Mid-Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
  • •Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience
