Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of safety at the Distribution Center, including training associates and administering safety and health programs.
  • •Ensure OSHA compliance through safety inspections, required safety reports, and monitoring that work areas, tools, and equipment meet safety requirements.
  • •Oversee incident documentation, support accident investigations, and coordinate Safety Committee meetings.
  • •Monitor injured worker treatment plans, restricted duty, and lost time claims; communicate with the worker’s comp carrier as needed.
  • •Develop and implement safety best practices and procedures while participating in associate meetings and aligning with the Region Territory Safety Manager.

Key Requirements
