Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform thermal shadow moiré measurements to verify product/sample integrity prior to testing.
  • •Prepare samples for warpage measurement and execute thermal cycling, reflow simulation, and warpage characterization tests.
  • •Monitor test progress and respond to tool alarms or abnormal conditions, ensuring measurement data is captured and stored.
  • •Conduct in-process audits/inspections across manufacturing stages, documenting findings, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Perform daily startup/shutdown checks and calibration verification for TSM equipment, maintain logbooks, and support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
  • •Ability to work on shift and on the production line.
  • •Strong attention to detail with analytical/data accuracy skills and the ability to identify abnormal equipment or test conditions.
  • •Good communication and documentation skills, including basic written and verbal communication in English.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a basic understanding of ESD, safety, and lab practices.
