Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly lead logistics associates and their daily tasks; manage larger logistics projects and ensure timely execution.
  • •Develop and implement processes for receiving and handling raw materials and finished product transportation; optimize inbound/outbound flows.
  • •Ensure OEM inventory management aligns with financial, accounting and general best practices and compliance requirements.
  • •Set clear performance expectations and promote root cause analysis and continuous improvement across the logistics team.
  • •Train and mentor staff to enable growth and advancement while raising quality, supply, compliance and manufacturing concerns as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 139,500 - 198,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree and relevant field; demonstrated experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • •Experience directly leading, delegating work and scheduling logistics associates.
  • •Experience handling a global supply base delivering engineered components, including cycle counts and full physical inventories.
  • •Deep familiarity with standard warehouse processes and practices.
  • •Comfortable using software tools for receiving POs, inventory management, and communications (e.g., Jira, NetSuite, Slack).
