Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and evolution of HTCS technology strategy by partnering with technology and regional business leaders to drive technology roadmap alignment with STRAP priorities and customer needs.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, evaluate, and prioritize technology and transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and measurable business outcomes.
  • •Establish and govern strategic performance frameworks and value realization metrics to assess portfolio health, track innovation impact, and measure return on technology investments.
  • •Champion co-creation across internal teams, customers, partners, and external stakeholders to identify emerging trends, accelerate innovation and growth, and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to HTCS leadership with strategic insights, market intelligence, technology trends, and scenario-based recommendations for long-term investment decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Eight or more years of experience in technology, innovation, product, business strategy, or related strategic functions, with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support enterprise initiatives.
  • •Experience defining, shaping, or supporting software, technology, or digital strategy and translating strategic priorities into execution plans.
  • •Develop strategic recommendations, business cases, roadmaps, or operating plans that enable innovation and technology-led growth.
  • •Working knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential to improve business performance, customer value, and operational effectiveness.
  • •Familiarity with program/project management practices, governance mechanisms, and execution discipline for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
