Sr. Manager, Technology and Innovation Strategy

Shape technology and innovation strategy for HTCS by connecting customer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies. Partner with the HTCS President, technology leaders, regional business leaders, engineering teams, customers, and external stakeholders to evolve technology roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities. Lead initiative identification and prioritization, establish performance/value realization frameworks and metrics, and advise leadership with market intelligence, technology trends, and scenario-based recommendations.
