  • •Provide direction for the daily activities of the maintenance workforce
  • •Maintain a safe work environment free of harassment while adhering to 5S standards and all safety procedures
  • •Coach and counsel employees on standard operating practices and best practices to improve performance
  • •Coordinate and evaluate training for new employees and monitor product quality to meet or exceed customer specifications
  • •Coordinate repairs with the maintenance department and schedule work in conjunction with other departments to meet production schedules

Key Requirements
