Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
  • •In partnership with leadership, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, supporting action plans and growth in deficient areas.
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives throughout the store as needed.
  • •Assist with processing shipment, product flow, replenishment, and execute all front and back of house procedures per company policy and procedures.
