Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the Conversion & Signers Experiences product area, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
•Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Pricing, Legal, and Field teams to deliver innovative API-driven solutions with measurable impact.
•Own the backlog and balance trade-offs between technical requirements and product priorities, ensuring timely value delivery to customers.
•Partner with Field teams and other stakeholders to drive adoption, improve stickiness, and scale usage of developer-focused APIs and platform services.
•Provide guidance and influence across the life cycle of products from concept to launch, including communicating strategy to stakeholders and enabling data-driven decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 225,075 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience and Bachelor’s degree OR 6+ years of experience and a Master’s degree.
•Experience working and leading cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Program Management, Data Science, User Research, and GTM business development roles
•Experience bringing customer voice to the developer experience and building developer products such as scaled customer-facing APIs, Dev Tools, version control systems, CI/CD, web and desktop applications
•Experience in technical product management and building enterprise cloud/SaaS products/services
•Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
