Job Summary

Director-level HR leader responsible for developing and owning HR and talent strategies for Honeywell’s global Buildings Management Systems (BMS) business. Drive talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness; partner with senior leaders, influence cross-functional teams, and report to the VP of HR for Products from the Atlanta office.

•Lead Organizational Design & Workforce Planning to ensure structure, jobs and skills align with long-term goals and enable meaningful career experiences.
•Architect & Drive End-to-End Talent Strategies to attract, develop and retain top talent and align talent solutions with business strategy.
•Partner With & Coach Leaders to build culture, coach leadership, and promote inclusion and wellbeing across teams.
•Lead HR strategy and initiatives for the global BMS business, partnering with leaders to drive transformational talent initiatives and organizational effectiveness.
•Develop and manage workforce strategies, talent management, and stakeholder change management plans to support business objectives.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of professional HR experience.
•A hands-on person who possesses the best combination of strategic thinking and drive to achieve tangible business results.
•Ability to balance theoretical thought with practical experience.
•Strong influence skills and to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
•Experience in a service-based organization.
