Innovation Project Manager – Software & Automation (m/w/d)

Lead and structure software & automation development projects from requirements analysis through pilot operations. Guide interdisciplinary teams and translate customer and product needs into technical concepts and executable work packages. Clarify architecture, interface, and integration questions while applying modern methods such as AI-assisted software development, simulation, and computer vision. Coordinate across product management, engineering, and sales to align priorities, and transparently manage quality, risks, resources, timelines, and costs.
