Job Function: Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end technical discovery and implementation for strategic customer deployments.
  • •Engage directly with customer stakeholders to understand issues, architecture constraints and success criteria.
  • •Build on Blaxel platform APIs, SDKs, sandboxes, CI/CD systems, observability tools, and customer infrastructure.
  • •Ensure customer success and retention by improving workloads reliability, performance, cost, and operational visibility.
  • •Bring customer learnings back into product and engineering with enough technical detail to shape roadmap decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient in TypeScript/Node or Python; general knowledge of Go, Rust or systems programming is a plus
  • •Experience building and shipping production software in backend, infrastructure, cloud, developer platform, or AI product environments
  • •Strong familiarity with APIs, Docker, Kubernetes or similar orchestration, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure); Linux, networking fundamentals, and CI/CD
  • •Ability to work directly with customers to understand architecture constraints and success criteria; strong communication and ownership
  • •Experience navigating unfamiliar codebases quickly and making pragmatic technical tradeoffs
