Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the Marketing Operations roadmap by translating Marketing and GTM priorities into scalable systems, processes, and programs.
  • •Own the marketing automation platform end to end, including workflows, lifecycle stages, segmentation, forms, email operations, data hygiene, and documentation.
  • •Build reliable connections across marketing automation, Salesforce, product data, and analytics to understand and engage users across the customer journey.
  • •Establish attribution and measurement across marketing and product-led journeys, including UTM governance and connections from campaigns to revenue.
  • •Develop reporting dashboards, experimentation infrastructure, and lifecycle programs to improve activation and conversion outcomes while partnering with Growth, RevOps, Data, Product, and other GTM teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of Marketing Operations or closely related experience, operating independently in complex B2B SaaS or product-led growth environments.
  • •Deep experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce), including lifecycle stages, attribution, and data governance.
  • •Experience designing segmentation and lifecycle approaches using high-volume customer/prospect datasets that remain reliable at scale.
  • •Hands-on expertise operating high-volume email programs, including deliverability, domain/inbox reputation, audience management, and warming strategies.
  • •Strong analytics: investigate complex datasets, validate data quality, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
