Drive clienteling through proactive outreach, exceptional in-store and after-sales experiences, and VIP retention. Manage opening/closing duties including cash handling and key-holding, supervise POS and inventory accuracy, and support omni-channel initiatives such as live-stream shopping. Foster an inclusive culture and develop team members through recruiting, onboarding, training, and feedback.
