Assistant Operations Manager - Driver Retention and Offline Presence

Own driver retention and engagement across the Lalamove platform by developing retention strategies, running incentive and loyalty programs, and reactivating at-risk drivers. Lead driver experience management by gathering feedback, identifying root causes, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve operational and support issues. Oversee the Offline Presence team across all cities, ensuring brand-building execution, compliance, and day-to-day field operations improvements across hubs and partner locations.
