Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive continuous improvement of store performance by monitoring and analyzing results and recommending improvement actions.
  • •Coordinate internal functions to develop and maintain synergies according to overall strategy.
  • •Ensure implementation of MAF Retail corporate policies and compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the operating country.
  • •Support new projects across the whole project phase and coordinate synergies between functions.
  • •Assist with performance management by setting objectives, monitoring performance, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to training needs with HC.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in a relevant field; MBA is a preference.
  • •10+ years of experience in a similar role, including at least 3 years in the retail (supermarkets) industry.
  • •Demonstrated high-level skills in team management.
  • •Strong business communication and presentation skills.
  • •Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management.
